Xinyi Pang

Xinyi Pang is an associate professor and master's supervisor at the Department of Food Science and Engineering, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics. She received her Ph.D. from National University of Singapore. She is mainly engaged in the research of stress response mechanisms of foodborne pathogens, biofilm formation and intervention strategies. She has undertaken the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund, the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences Independent Innovation Project, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education College General Project, and the Jiangsu Province Double Innovation Doctor in 2020. She has published more than 10 papers as the first or corresponding author in journals such as Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Technology, Food Control, Food Microbiology, and International Journal of Food Microbiology.
