Professor in food microbiology, Ph.D in Food Science and Engineering of Nanjing Agricultural University. "The Academic backbone of Zhongshan Scholar Project" of Nanjing Agricultural University. A visiting scholar of the Department of Microbial and Molecular Genetics at the University of California, Davis (2009-2010). Our researches focus on regulation mechanism of biofilm formation, the rapid molecular detection technology, drug resistance mechanism of food pathogens. As the first and corresponding author, more than 50 SCI papers have been published, and 8 national authorized invention patents have been obtained. Attended and won the second prize of the Ministry of Education for scientific and technological progress, the first prize of science and technology of Jiangsu province Light Industry Association,the second prize of Jiangsu province higher education teaching achievement. Published three professional books as Deputy chief editor and Co-editor.
