Dr. Mingming Guo is a ZJU-100 Young Professor in the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science at Zhejiang University. Her research focuses on Food safety, antimicrobial mechanism, Nonthermal processing as well as development of antimicrobial package materials. Dr. Guo has hosted and participated several research projects through the past 5 years, such as National Key R&D Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, etc. Dr. Guo has published more than 50 peer-reviewed journal articles since 2017. She is editorial board member of several prestigious journals (Frontiers in Microbiology, etc.) and serves as journal reviewer for many journals such as LWT-Food science and Technology, Food Control, etc. She also serves as Young Editor of Packaging Engineering. She is member of IFT, ACS and IAFP.
