Dr. Wu had obtained B.S. in Physics in 2004 from University of Science and Technology of China and Ph.D. in Physics in 2009 from University of Notre Dame, USA. He had been a postdoctoral fellow of Harvard University from 2009 to 2012. In the summer of 2006, 2007 and 2008, he was Graduate Research Assistant in Group of Mathematical Modeling and Analysis (T-7) and the Center for Nonlinear Studies, Los Alamos National Laboratory. His research focuses on biophysics and quantitative biology, biological self-organization, bacterial collective motion, bacterial swarming, fluorescence imaging, computational modeling.
