Dr. Zheng had obtained B.S. in 2006 from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and M.S. in 2013 from Guangzhou Medical University. She is an associate professor and deputy director of the Chinese Medicine Department in Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, and has also been engaged in Internal Medicine Department, Gynecology Department. Currently, her research focuses on the viable but non-culturable state of bacteria, as well as the characterization and control on VBNC cells.
