Dr. Bie had obtained Ph.D. in Food Microbiology and biotechnology from Nanjing Agricultural University, and had been a visiting scholar in UCDavis and Nanjing university. She is currently a professor in Department of Food Quality and Safety, College of Food Science and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University. Her major research includes food borne pathogen and antimicrobial peptides. Her current research support includes: National Key R&D Program of China, Agricultural Independent Innovation Project in Jiangsu Provice and NSFC project.
