Dr. Guo is a tenure-track ZJU100 Young Professor in College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science at Zhejiang University. Her research focuses on non-thermal processing, as well as development of innovative antimicrobial materials, etc. Dr. Guo has undertaken or involved in 8 research projects both in USA and China, such as National Key R&D Program of China, U.S National Science Fund, etc. Dr. Guo has published more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles in top journal including Ultrasonics Sonochemistry, etc. She is member of IFT, ACS and IAFP.
