Dr. Wang had obtained B.S. in 2002 from Tianjin Agricultural University and M.S. in 2005 from Jiangxi Agricultural University. She had obtained Ph.D. in the major of Sugar Engineering in College of Light Industry and Food Science from South China University of Technology in 2008. She has been working as a faculty member in South China Agricultural University since 2008. Her research interests include control and detection of foodborne bacteria in food processing, development of probiotic food based on regulation of intestinal flora.
