Dr. Sun had obtained Ph.D. in South China University of Technology and had spent 1 year as a joint Ph.D. student in University of Minnesota from 2008 to 2009. Dr. Sun had engaged in postdoctoral research in South China University of Technology from 2011 to 2014, and was appointed as associate professor of South China University of Technology. He has become a professor in Guangdong University of Technology since 2014. His major research field include directed transformation and resource utilization of bio-electrochemical environmental pollutants; electroactive biofilms and water pollution control and treatment.
