Dr. Lin is the Vice President and General Director of Biomedical Technology and Device Research Laboratories, Industrial Technology Research Institute since Mar 2017, working on medical devices, regenerative medicine, and drugs. He received Ph.D. from CWRU in 1993, and joined College of Medicine, National Taiwan University since Sept. 1993. He is a professor in Department/Institute of Biomedical Engineering and joint appointments in both Department of Electrical Engineering, Graduate Institute of Biomedical electronics and Bioinformatics, and Institute of Applied Mechanics, NTU. Dr. Lin had been invited as a keynote speaker in ChinaBiofilms 2017 in Guangzhou China.
